Questions & answers

How is the C5 different from LG's G5?

The G5 uses a brighter four-stack panel, runs to 165Hz and is designed to sit flush on a wall with no stand in the box. The C5 uses the standard OLED evo panel at up to 144Hz and ships with a pedestal stand, which is why it costs considerably less.

Will it fit my TV stand?

The panel is 56.7 inches wide and the pedestal sits at the bottom centre, so any surface 50 inches or wider will hold it. Allow roughly 34.6 inches of height once the stand is attached.

Do I need a soundbar?

The built-in 2.2-channel 40W system is fine for news and daytime viewing. For films, connect a soundbar to the eARC port — WOW Orchestra then plays the TV speakers alongside the bar instead of muting them.

Is burn-in a real risk?

Not with normal mixed viewing. The set runs pixel-refresh cycles on its own and applies logo dimming and screen shift. Avoid leaving a static news ticker or game HUD on screen at maximum brightness for many hours every day.

Does it work with a PS5 Pro and Xbox Series X at the same time?

Yes. Every input is a full-bandwidth HDMI 2.1 port, so both consoles can stay connected at 4K 120Hz with VRR while a PC uses a third port at 144Hz.
