Both pints drop straight into the NC299 and NC300 series bowl assembly, including the NC301 sold here. The lids seal for freezer storage, and pints and lids go on the top rack of the dishwasher when you are done.

Questions & answers

Which CREAMi models do these fit?

They fit the NC299AMZ, the NC300 series including the NC301 sold here, and the NC350 and NC351 series.

They do not fit the NC100, NC200, or NC500 series, which use a different pint diameter.

Can I spin a pint with the storage lid on?

No. The storage lid is for freezing and for keeping leftovers. Take it off, lock the pint into the outer bowl with the machine's own bowl lid, and then run the program.

How long does a base need in the freezer?

A full 24 hours, sitting flat and level so the surface freezes even. A tilted or under-frozen pint is the usual cause of a crumbly first spin.

How full should I fill them?

Up to the max fill line moulded into the pint and no further. Liquid expands as it freezes, and an overfilled pint domes above the line where the blade needs clearance.

Are they dishwasher safe?

Yes, pints and lids both go on the top rack. Keep them off the bottom rack and away from the heating element, since the plastic can warp and then it will not seat in the outer bowl.
