Apple's own clear case, for people who paid for a colour and would rather still see it. The shell is optically clear polycarbonate with softer material around the edges, and a scratch-resistant coating on both faces keeps the surface from hazing where it rubs against a pocket.

The magnet array is positioned by Apple rather than approximated, so MagSafe chargers land in exactly the right place and hold at full strength through the case. Buttons are covered rather than cut out, and the Camera Control area is built to pass through clicks and slide gestures.

Does MagSafe charging work through it?

Yes, at full speed. The magnets are laid out to Apple's own spec, so a charger snaps into place first time rather than needing to be nudged into alignment.

Will it go yellow like other clear cases?

Apple optimises the polycarbonate and both coatings against discolouration, so it holds up better than untreated TPU. Any clear case picks up some tint eventually from UV and skin oils.

Does the Camera Control button still work?

Yes. That section of the case is built to transmit touch, so a click opens the camera and a slide adjusts zoom or exposure as it would without a case.

Is a screen protector or stand included?

No. The front edge is raised so the display does not rest on a table, but tempered glass and MagSafe stands are separate purchases.
